This South London Authority are looking for three Reablement Officers. Details of the role are:
- To support the Team leader in ensuring that people are enabled to achieve or regain maximum skills for independent living in the community.
- To provide direct management support to Support Workers and work on a rota basis to ensure a seven day service can be provided.
- To provide a person centered approach and promote independence and empowerment to support people to attain their full potential.
- To develop and ensure the service focuses on a restorative approach to maximizing an individual’s independence and enable them to link back into their community.
