Job Description
This Central London Authority are looking for a Qualified Quantity Surveyor . Details of the role are:
Provide financial and commercial oversight for the Capital Programme tasks.
Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, and valuations.
Work collaboratively with Service Providers to ensure value-for-money solutions.
Support leaseholder billing through accurate financial documentation.
Oversee the administration of valuations, payments, and cost management for tasks.
Develop and maintain robust systems and procedures for efficient task management.
Advise on contract variations, financial claims, and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with contracts and statutory requirements, including leaseholder obligations.
Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
Contribute to working groups to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
