The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for Housing Officers to carry out the following duties:

  • The successful candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
  • On a day to day basis, the candidates will be expected to deal with:
  • ASB
  • Estate Walkabouts
  • New Tenant Visits (take place within 6 weeks of a new tenant being signed up)
  • Tenancy/Occupancy Checks (complete 20 successful checks per month)
  • Complaint Handling
  • Duty Rota cover
  • Other such duties

To apply for this role you must have:

  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Good knowledge of Housing Legislation
