The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are looking for Housing Officers to carry out the following duties:
- The successful candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
- On a day to day basis, the candidates will be expected to deal with:
- ASB
- Estate Walkabouts
- New Tenant Visits (take place within 6 weeks of a new tenant being signed up)
- Tenancy/Occupancy Checks (complete 20 successful checks per month)
- Complaint Handling
- Duty Rota cover
- Other such duties

- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Good knowledge of Housing Legislation
