We are looking for an experienced Team Leader within an Adults Day Services Setting who has experience of working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The role will involve leading a team of 12 support workers.
The role will involve:
- Providing effective management and leadership to staff, whilst delivering creative Day Care Services to service users living with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and challenging behaviour in response to their assessed needs and agreed care plans.
- Enabling service users to live with a maximum of choice and independence, participating in a wide range of community based activities, designed to meet their individual need.
- Working as part of the management team within Direct Services and collaborating on the expansion of the accreditation across services with other team leaders.
