Job Description

This North London Authority are looking for a Building Surveyor to work within a Legal Disrepair team. Details of the role are:

– Experience managing legal disrepair cases

– Ideally have a surveying qualification

– Good understanding of damp and structural issues

– Managing works from specification through to post inspection

– Organised and proactive

– Able to manage their own calendar and caseload

– Largely office based

– There is use of pool cars
