Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) job vacancy, close to the Redwick area of South Gloucestershire. Located close to Redwick and Severn Beach area, commutable from the M4, M49, and A403 Roads or just 24 minutes from Bristol Centre along the M4 and M32.

Your Duties
- Support the Headteacher in managing the school's SEN, operationally and in raising pupils' achievements.
- Responsible for teaching and learning for SEN across the school.
- Identify and monitor effective teaching approaches.
- Track data, identify trends, and prepare reports for reviews.
- Coordinate with other schools for continuity and transitions.
- Collaborate with transitions team, therapy, and class teams for new starters.
- Set targets to improve pupil achievement.
