Role Overview:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children's development through engaging activities, individual attention, and close communication with parents. You'll also act as a key worker and contribute to Tapestry observations and learning journals.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (NNEB/CACHE, BTEC or NVQ)
  • Minimum of GCSEs or Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths
  • Paediatric First Aid certified
  • Experience working in early years settings
  • Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
