Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children's development through engaging activities, individual attention, and close communication with parents. You'll also act as a key worker and contribute to Tapestry observations and learning journals.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (NNEB/CACHE, BTEC or NVQ)
- Minimum of GCSEs or Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths
- Paediatric First Aid certified
- Experience working in early years settings
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
