Provide personalised care and support tailored to each client’s needs.

Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients.

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Offer support during the night, as required.

Help clients engage in community activities and events.

Assist with transportation to appointments and social outings.

Use BSL to communicate effectively with clients who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Maintain open communication with clients and their families.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.

Keep accurate records of client care, activities, and any incidents.

Social Care & Education are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in care who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of the individuals they support. Due to the nature of the role, Level 2 in British Sign Language (BSL) is required., Level 2 in British Sign Language (BSL) (Required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience in a care environment is highly beneficial.

Competitive salary of £29,000 per year

Sleep-ins paid at £80 per night

Permanent full-time and part-time positions available
