Social Care & Education are urgently recruiting Support Workers for our supported living services in Nottingham, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.
Duties include:
- Supporting daily living and personal care
- Managing challenging behaviour and self-harm
- Medication administration and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in mental health or supported living
- Experience supporting challenging behaviour
- Medication administration experience essential
- Ligature awareness & emergency first aid desirable
