This is a key role ensuring individuals are safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide waking night support to individuals in their homes or supported living settings
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and comfort of individuals throughout the night
  • Respond appropriately to support needs or incidents during night shifts
  • Support with personal care where required
  • Administer or support with medication in line with care plans
  • Complete accurate records and handovers for day staff

About You
