We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join a specialist Complex Care provider, covering Wolverhampton and Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically confident nurse to take a lead role in delivering safe, high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership across complex care packages
- Complete clinical assessments, reviews, and care planning
- Support and develop care teams through training and competency assessments
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of complex clinical interventions
- Work closely with clients, families, commissioners, and MDT professionals
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and CQC compliance
- Support the continuous improvement of clinical care and service quality
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified RGN with active NMC registration
- Experience within Complex Care, Community Nursing, or high-acuity care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Confident providing leadership, training, and clinical supervision
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
