Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join a specialist Complex Care provider, covering Wolverhampton and Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically confident nurse to take a lead role in delivering safe, high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership across complex care packages
  • Complete clinical assessments, reviews, and care planning
  • Support and develop care teams through training and competency assessments
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of complex clinical interventions
  • Work closely with clients, families, commissioners, and MDT professionals
  • Maintain high standards of clinical governance and CQC compliance
  • Support the continuous improvement of clinical care and service quality

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified RGN with active NMC registration
  • Experience within Complex Care, Community Nursing, or high-acuity care
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Confident providing leadership, training, and clinical supervision
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
