We are looking for an experienced and passionate Supported Living Manager to lead a brand-new service in Warrington for an established and highly regarded care provider. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the start of the service and play a key role in building the team, establishing strong systems and creating a high-quality, person-centred service from the ground up.

The Role

As Supported Living Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure excellent standards of care and support, and create an environment where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent lives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a new staff team
  • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the service
  • Supporting recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards
  • Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing audits
  • Promoting independence, choice, dignity and inclusion
  • Supporting the service through its development and growth

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated and genuinely passionate about supported living. You will ideally have:

  • Previous management experience within supported living, social care or a similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing and developing a care/support team
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of a new service
  • A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
