We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Warrington! 💙 About the Role As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our care team and ensuring our service users receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care in their own homes. Your Responsibilities * Carry out care assessments, reviews and spot checks. * Support, supervise and mentor care staff. * Conduct care plan reviews and ensure records are accurate and up to date. * Monitor the quality of care and ensure high standards are maintained. * Build positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues. * Help with staff inductions, training and ongoing development. * Support the smooth day-to-day running of the care service. What We’re Looking For * Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory or senior care role. * A genuine passion for delivering excellent care. * Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. * A caring, professional and supportive approach. * Knowledge of care plans, safeguarding and relevant care standards. * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, depending on service requirements.
