2 on 4 off rota pattern. Pension and Holidays.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide stability, guidance, and day-to-day support to children and young people aged 8–17.
- Building positive, trusting relationships.
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and building life skills.
- Promoting independence, confidence, and personal development.
- Helping create a safe, nurturing home environment.
