2 on 4 off rota pattern. Pension and Holidays.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide stability, guidance, and day-to-day support to children and young people aged 8–17.
  • Building positive, trusting relationships.
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and building life skills.
