We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Operations Director to lead the development, setup and growth of supported living and residential services for adults across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven senior professional with hands-on experience of setting up new services, developing operational infrastructure and driving sustainable business growth within adult social care. 🔑 Key Responsibilities * Lead the setup, launch and development of new supported living and residential services for adults. * Oversee operational strategy, service development and business growth. * Manage CQC registration processes and ensure services meet regulatory requirements. * Develop policies, procedures and operational systems to support safe, compliant and effective service delivery. * Recruit, develop and lead strong management teams. * Build relationships with local authorities, commissioners and key stakeholders. * Drive occupancy, referrals, contract opportunities and commercial performance. * Ensure services deliver high-quality, person-centred care and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported. * Monitor budgets, financial performance, quality assurance and operational KPIs. * Identify opportunities for expansion and establish new services across the South East. ✅ Essential Experience * Proven experience setting up supported living and/or residential adult care services from the ground up. * A strong background in senior operations or leadership within adult social care. * Experience of CQC registration, regulatory compliance and service development. * A track record of launching services, building teams and establishing effective operational processes. * Commercial awareness, with the ability to drive growth, occupancy and profitability. * Excellent leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills. * A full understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance and person-centred care. 💰 What’s on Offer? * £70,000+ basic salary * Commission structure with significant earning potential * A senior leadership position with genuine influence over business growth. * The opportunity to develop and expand services across the South East. * The chance to build a growing adult social care operation and make a meaningful difference. 📩 Interested?
