Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of our complex care services, ensuring the delivery of high‐quality care to our clients.
- Develop and implement care plans for clients with complex medical needs, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Manage and train a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver care in line with company standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the complex care services.
- Stay up‐to‐date with industry developments and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Nursing.
- Proven experience in managing complex care services, preferably in a home care setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
