About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Nurse with experience in ventilation to join our dedicated team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading complex care provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with advanced clinical needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist nursing care to clients requiring invasive and/or non-invasive ventilation
  • Manage tracheostomies, ventilators, and associated respiratory equipment
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans
  • Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to clinical changes
  • Administer medications and therapies in line with NMC guidelines
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to care staff and families
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Proven experience in complex care, including ventilation and tracheostomy management
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
