We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a specialist Learning Disabilities service in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the support team
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care and support
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes
  • Support with care plans, risk assessments, audits, and quality monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Participate in sleep-ins as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within Learning Disabilities services
  • Previous Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care desirable
  • Passionate about supporting adults to live fulfilling and independent lives
