We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a specialist Learning Disabilities service in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, mentor, and develop the support team
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and support
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes
- Support with care plans, risk assessments, audits, and quality monitoring
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Participate in sleep-ins as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within Learning Disabilities services
- Previous Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care desirable
- Passionate about supporting adults to live fulfilling and independent lives
