About the Role

Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering exceptional complex care services? We are looking for a dedicated Complex Care Manager to lead and grow our Worcester branch, supporting clients with complex needs to live independently within their own homes. As Complex Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing and developing the branch, ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance, compliance, and service delivery. You’ll lead a passionate team while building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners.
