We are looking for an organised, compassionate and experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care service in Bristol.

The Role

As Senior Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of high-quality care services. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, care staff, clients and their families to ensure care packages are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling care visits for domiciliary care clients
  • Supporting and supervising Care Coordinators and care staff
  • Ensuring care packages are appropriately staffed and delivered on time
  • Managing changes to rotas and responding to emergencies or short-notice cover requirements
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of care staff
  • Monitoring service delivery and helping to maintain high standards of care
  • Assisting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation of the service
  • Ensuring accurate records and care documentation are maintained
  • Supporting the business with growth and the development of new care packages

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator or similar role within domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of care planning and scheduling
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using care management and rota systems
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
