What you'll be doing:
- Stretching and baking Neapolitan-style pizzas like an absolute boss
- Prepping dough and toppings like it's second nature
- Running your station like a well-oiled pizza machine
- Keeping things clean, organised, and running smooth - no crust left behind
- Working with the kitchen team to make sure orders fly out fresh, hot, and on time
What we're looking for:
- Experience in making authentic Neapolitan pizza in a fast-paced environment
- Solid dough game - fermenting, balling, stretching, baking
- Someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy kitchen
- A team player who brings good vibes and good banter
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (because that's when the pizza magic happens)
