We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef (30 hours per week) with a passion for hospitality to lead a team in our brand new kitchen. Taking ownership for outstanding service delivery and an impeccable guest experience, you will contribute to the success of the venue by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds guests' expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow specs created by our development team to ensure strict consistency.
- Assist the Head Chef and Senior Breakfast Chef in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
- Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and all standards are upheld.
- Ensure strict and rigid cleaning schedule.
- Run a fast-paced breakfast service.
- Have a good relationship with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
- Lead service working alone and as part of a team.
- Complete day-to-day kitchen duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, prep, deliveries etc.
- Work closely with the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel/hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
