This role is built around editing, but it's not a desk‑only job; you'll also be expected to shoot content yourself, including with a DSLR or mirrorless camera. We’ll ask you to show your edited work as part of your application, along with some footage you’ve personally filmed.

THE ROLE
This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation and wants to continue developing their skills within a creative agency environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Videographer & Content Creator, who you’ll report to day to day, and our Head of Social, supporting content production, editing social‑first content and contributing creative ideas across a range of client accounts. This is a fast‑paced environment where you’ll learn quickly and gain hands‑on experience from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting content shoots across client accounts
- Capturing behind‑the‑scenes content and supporting assets
- Assisting with photography and videography
- Editing short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Creating platform‑specific edits and content variations
- Preparing content for client approval
- Organising exports and final deliverables
- Maintaining organised content libraries
