The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

This role is built around editing, but it's not a desk‑only job; you'll also be expected to shoot content yourself, including with a DSLR or mirrorless camera. We’ll ask you to show your edited work as part of your application, along with some footage you’ve personally filmed.

We’re a boutique agency with big ambitions and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Editor who wants to grow alongside us.

THE ROLE

This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation and wants to continue developing their skills within a creative agency environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Videographer & Content Creator, who you’ll report to day to day, and our Head of Social, supporting content production, editing social‑first content and contributing creative ideas across a range of client accounts. This is a fast‑paced environment where you’ll learn quickly and gain hands‑on experience from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supporting content shoots across client accounts
  • Capturing behind‑the‑scenes content and supporting assets
  • Assisting with photography and videography
  • Editing short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Creating platform‑specific edits and content variations
  • Preparing content for client approval
  • Organising exports and final deliverables
  • Maintaining organised content libraries
