Job Description
Soccer Elite FA (SEFA) are a leading football organisation based in Kent. We are looking for a Women's Football Lead Coach to join us on a permanent basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be the lead on the senior squads in our SEFA women pathway: senior first team (playing at tier 6 on Sundays, training on Wednesdays), U18 JPL squad (Saturday games and training on Wednesdays) and Northfleet School for Girls Post-16 programme (midweek daytimes).
REQUIREMENTS
- UEFA C-license or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and background in women's football
- An up to date DBS check or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date FA safeguarding certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- A driving license and access to a car
PREFERRED
- Minibus driving license
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Lives within a commutable distance of Northfleet, Gillingham and Maidstone
