Soccer Elite FA (SEFA) are a leading football provision based in Kent. We are looking for coaches to work with our SEFA Women JPL teams for the 2025-26 season.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage a SEFA Women JPL squad
- Evening training once or twice per week (depending on squad), with match days on Saturdays
REQUIREMENTS
- UEFA C-license or equivalent experience
- An up to date DBS check or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date FA safeguarding certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- A driving license and access to a car
PREFERRED
- Knowledge and experience of Kent / SE London girls/womens football
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Lives within a commutable distance of Gillingham, Maidstone and Northfleet
JOB INFORMATION
- £15-£25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

- From May 2025 Opportunity for further work within SEFA, including Post-16 football, Academy sessions and Women's first team (tier 6), for an outstanding candidate
