Soccer Elite FA (SEFA) are a leading football provision based in Kent. We are looking for coaches to work with our SEFA Women JPL teams for the 2025-26 season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage a SEFA Women JPL squad
  • Evening training once or twice per week (depending on squad), with match days on Saturdays

REQUIREMENTS

  • UEFA C-license or equivalent experience
  • An up to date DBS check or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
  • An up to date FA safeguarding certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
  • An up to date first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
  • A driving license and access to a car

PREFERRED

  • Knowledge and experience of Kent / SE London girls/womens football

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Lives within a commutable distance of Gillingham, Maidstone and Northfleet

JOB INFORMATION

  • £15-£25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • Fuel allowance for away games
  • 4.5-6 hours per week
  • From May 2025
  • Opportunity for further work within SEFA, including Post-16 football, Academy sessions and Women's first team (tier 6), for an outstanding candidate
