Role Responsibilities:

  • Foster long‐term relationships with existing and potential customers by providing exceptional service and tailored nutritional solutions to support and optimise performance.
  • Conduct regular farm visits, identify sales opportunities, and actively generate leads to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain in‐depth knowledge of products and solutions, effectively communicating their value to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on sales progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across the business to drive performance and ensure that overall business needs are met.
  • Promote the business through attendance at local industry events, markets, shows, and discussion groups.

Skills you will need:

  • Ideally, you have proven sales experience in the ruminant feed sector or related agricultural sales.
