Job Description A key brand is entering a pivotal period of growth in the lipidology and severe hypertriglyceridaemia (sHTG) therapeutic area, requiring a highly capable, digitally fluent and scientifically grounded training leader. As scientific complexity, competitive intensity, and market expectations evolve, the need for a modern global training ecosystem has never been greater. The Global Training Lead will build and lead a future-ready, AI-enabled, globally scalable learning environment that elevates scientific fluency, enhances customer-facing capabilities, and strengthens cross-functional performance. This role ensures that global and affiliate teams possess the knowledge, confidence and capability required to execute brand strategy at launch and throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Launch-Readiness Leadership: Develop and lead the brand’s global launch-readiness strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, scientific evidence and competitive positioning.
- Drive the creation and delivery of high-quality training across scientific, clinical, commercial, and access-focused domains.
- Ensure all materials are compliant, medically accurate and accessible globally.
- Provide ongoing capability uplift throughout lifecycle phases.
Global Learning Curriculum Design
- Additional languages advantageous.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office suite and expertise in digital learning tools (e.g., Miro, Qstream, Synthesia, Cornerstone).
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into engaging, structured learning.
