Responsible for identifying nonconformities and instituting controls during Technical Audits and Evaluations of Construction operations, Project Planning, Commercial and Contract management, Cost control, Quality Assurance, and various functions, as well as verifying contractor/supplier payments, material acquisitions, inventory management, cost booking, asset oversight, etc., via a systematic concurrent audit methodology.
Verification of the construction activities related to Project Planning, Estimation, Procurement, Inventory, Execution, Consumption of Resources, Storage, Scrap, Productivity, Commercial Billing, Cost & Revenue, QA/QC, Logistics, Fleet, Admin & HR, Technicians, Labour Supply, Hire & Service, Assets, etc.
Verification of all Monthly Work done reports (Actual Execution), subcontractor payment Certificates, Service & Machinery Hire PCs, Labour Hire PCs, Material Reconciliation, and Reconciliation of Contra charges.
Conduct Periodic Site Audit / Store Audit / Asset Audit.
Issuance of Non-conformance to auditee for repetitive deviations.
To provide suggestions and continuous improvement ideas in the audit process.
