Daily monitoring of subordinates' work tasks/assignments/responsibilities as per KPI and department performance index assigned to the individual.
Effective execution of Audit100 and Squad tasks.
Initiation of Processes for QAD for new audit methodologies and techniques based on management's risk observations and internal control needs.
Manage fellow Auditors following standard audit methodologies and techniques.
Preparation of regulations, guidelines, and instruction notes.
Verification of Audits and Document Verification for the production activities related to Estimation, Procurement, Inventory, Storage, Scrap, Production, Commercial Billing, Cost Revenue, QA/QC, Logistics, Fleet, Admin and HR, Technicians, Labour Supply, Hire and Service, IT, Assets, Accounts, Audit100, Squad audit, etc.
Verification of Sub-Contractor PCs, Service and Machinery Hire PCs, and Labour Hire PCs.
Stores Operation and Management: Verification of Inventory Goods Receipt Notes (IGRN), Bookings related to Inward/Outward of goods, Internal transfer, Project material issue, storage and quantity verification of materials, and scrap disposal.
Verification of labour accommodation operations with respect to the inward/outward of materials/assets, Internal transfer, storage and physical verification of materials/assets, and scrap disposal.
Manpower Control and Mobilisation: Verification of Technician Attendance. Conduct Periodic Store Audit / Asset Audit / Site audit.
Issuance of Non-conformances to the auditee for repetitive deviations.
Preparation of daily audit tracker, internal audit reports, documentation of issues identified during bill certification and tracking the cost savings, etc.
To provide suggestions and improvement ideas in the audit process.
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
