We seek a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with experience in measurement, take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and proficiency in CostX software.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
  2. Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  3. Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
  4. Monitor project costs and assess variations.
  5. Ensure compliance with project requirements and security protocols.
  6. Utilize CostX for digital measurement and reporting.
  7. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
