About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Glasgow. You’ll be joining Soben at an exciting time, playing a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Supporting one of our key Construction clients in the region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key procurement and commercial strategies across a range of projects in our business.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Provide the necessary pre and post contract quantity surveying / commercial support on a range of one-off projects and programmes of work.
- We are looking for a candidate who has working knowledge of the relevant conditions of contract (primarily NEC3 suite), along with experience in estimating, cost and budget management, contract administration.
