Role Description The HR administrator will support the HR department by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR projects. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding: Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires. Prepare employment contracts and related documents. HR data management: Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure data consistency. Update HRIS with organizational changes. Ensure compliance with data protection laws. Compliance: Assist with visa applications and right-to-work checks. Monitor adherence to company policies. Employee relations: Handle HR inquiries and communicate policies. Support employee communications and events. Maintain confidentiality of personnel data. HR projects and administrative support: Support various HR initiatives and conduct research. Assist with travel bookings, meetings, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
