About The Role

We are recruiting for a Research Culture and Policy Coordinator who will work across a range of areas such as research culture, research integrity and REF to support a dynamic team deliver a range of activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating online content and supporting the production of internal communications promoting the range of activities across the team
  • Supporting critical processes within the team such as Research Integrity and Ethics, and other initiatives designed to enhance the research culture at SOAS.
  • Working to bring together activities across multiple teams to enable coordinated and effective support a drive for research excellence
  • Ensuring evaluation and evidence collection is in place to support the development of support, and external reporting such as HREiR and REF.

About The Department

The Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate (RKED) is a growing team that manages the whole lifecycle of research and knowledge exchange activities at SOAS, from supporting researchers to applying for funding, to generating research impact, and commercialising new knowledge.
