SOAS University of London invites applications for a Lecturer in Arabic Culture (INTERNAL) on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2029. The role is 0.2 FTE, based in Bloomsbury, teaching Arabic literature in translation and Arabic language across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
You will act as an academic adviser, guide dissertations, and contribute to the BA Arabic, BA Languages and Cultures, and MA Middle Eastern Studies. Experience in assessment and AI awareness is desirable.
