We’re looking for an Enterprise Finance Coordinator to join our Knowledge Exchange, Enterprise & Impact team. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting the financial and operational delivery of a broad portfolio of knowledge exchange projects – including consultancy, executive education, diplomatic briefings, and CPD programmes.
You’ll work closely with Principal Investigators, Finance and HR colleagues, and external partners to keep projects running smoothly. That means managing project finances, raising purchase orders, reviewing expenses, and ensuring compliance with SOAS policies and funder requirements. You’ll also play an active role in improving systems and processes as the team’s remit continues to grow. The Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate (RKED) oversees the full lifecycle of research and knowledge exchange at SOAS, from securing funding to generating impact and commercialising knowledge.
