About Us
We are a very successful and growing fashion company specialising in denim, work-wear and Heritage clothing, based in the vibrant Spitalfields / Brick Lane area of Central London. We are well-located, and easily accessible by public transport. We have a motivated and expanding team and are looking for an experienced Tailor to join our team on a Part-Time OR Full-Time basis.
Requirements for the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Tailor who has preferably some experience working with denim jeans & Jackets.
- We own lots of specialist vintage machines for chain-stitching hems of jeans, darning machines for repairs holes in jeans, etc.
- We would be able to cross train but you must be an experienced tailor who is able to do the basics including shortening and tapering trousers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Full right to work in the UK (to be verified before employment).
- The Job is NOT remote - it is based at our studio/ store around London (E1 6QL).
Working Hours
Working Days/ Hours: Flexible by arrangement.
