The Role:
We’re hiring a proactive and highly organised Account Executive to support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional campaigns for our clients.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams across media, creative, and creator co-ordination. Your role will focus on project coordination, research, reporting, and client communication support, helping ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients receive best-in-class service.

Client Support & Communication
- Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day client servicing and strategic responses.
- Participate in client brainstorms, campaign planning, and idea generation.
- Draft client-facing updates, emails, and Slack messages, with guidance.
- Support preparation of client presentations and reports.
Project Delivery
- Track project timelines, creator contracts, and deliverables, flagging blockers early.
- Follow up on campaign approvals, activations, and feedback loops.
- Maintain campaign folders, naming conventions, and task updates in Productive.
- Coordinate creator communications (tickets, timelines, content delivery) alongside the Account Manager.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct desktop research on audience trends, competitor strategies, and TikTok platform updates.
- Pull data and assist with analysis to support audience insights or campaign strategy.
- Learn to interpret key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CPA, and support monthly performance reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Media Buyers to support smooth campaign execution.
- Attend internal and client team check-ins.
- Gain exposure to TikTok Ads Manager and the media buying process to build foundational knowledge.
Financial & Admin Support
- Assist with initial checks on draft billing sheets and creator cost tracking.
- Support finance processes including invoice prep and reconciliations under supervision.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of relevant experience or education (e.g. internships, marketing degree, or agency support role).
- Passion for social media, content, and e-commerce (especially TikTok and DTC brands).
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter who’s hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow in the role.
- Highly organised and confident juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to problem-solve.
- Familiar with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Productive (or similar).
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager or paid media concepts.
- Prior exposure to influencer or creator campaigns.
- Awareness of ecommerce KPIs like ROAS, AOV, MER, and customer acquisition.
