Core Responsibility: Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through effective paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok.
KPIs: ROAS, CAC, MER, Spend Efficiency, Client Retention
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 DOE
Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to our London office (The Roundhouse, Camden)

The Role: As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve.
