We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, growth strategy, creative performance, and commercial decision-making. You'll act as the strategic owner of account performance, helping brands scale efficiently through data-driven decision-making, high-performing creative, and effective media investment. You deeply understand the core levers that drive eCommerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, acquisition, retention, and budget deployment. You know how to diagnose performance challenges quickly, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients trust and act upon.
Working closely with Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, remove performance bottlenecks, and ensure strategy translates into measurable commercial outcomes. Your Impact

- Analyse account performance to diagnose issues and uncover scalable growth opportunities.

- Partner closely with Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative Strategists to ensure strategic plans are executed effectively.

- Monitor key commercial metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, and customer LTV.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
AI & Operational Efficiency
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Leverage AI to streamline workflows, improve output quality, and increase operational efficiency.

- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or Google.
