We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager to support the growth of our Cyber Security Services business across the UK & Europe. This is a new business acquisition-focused role responsible for building pipeline, generating revenue, and winning new customers for cybersecurity services including VAPT, Red Teaming, Product Security, Threat Modelling, and Vulnerability Management.
- Drive new customer acquisition across the UK & Europe for cybersecurity services
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Engage CISOs, IT leaders, Engineering Heads, Risk teams, and Procurement stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through closure
- Develop repeat business and cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline forecasts, and reporting
- Build market awareness through events, networking, and partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, IT services sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in new business development and revenue generation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Existing network within UK enterprise or mid-market organizations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- A highly motivated sales professional with strong hunting capabilities, experience in cybersecurity services sales, and the ability to build and close opportunities across the UK & Europe market.
