About Soar Group

The Soar Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing performance agency groups, made up of three specialist agencies working across paid media, performance creative, and growth strategy for leading DTC and eCommerce brands. Across the group, we manage over £100M+ in yearly ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google, partnering with some of the most ambitious 7-9 figure brands in the market.

  • Hambi Media – The UK's largest performance creative department, specialising in high-production, UGC, and static creative.
  • For You Advertising – The UK's #1 independent TikTok agency, focused on TikTok paid media, TikTok Shop, and creator-led growth.
  • Soar With Us – Performance marketing and growth strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

We've been recognised as the UK's #1 independent Meta agency group and were nominated for Meta's Creative Diversity Award 2025. Our culture is built around four core values:

  • Extreme Ownership
  • Kind Candour
  • Outcome Obsessed

We're building an environment for ambitious people who want to do career-defining work, move quickly, think commercially, and help shape the future of performance marketing and creative strategy.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced operational and people leader to join the senior management team of the UK's largest performance creative department. This is not a hands-on creative strategist role. It's the senior operational leadership role inside the department — focused on scaling teams, improving systems, developing leaders, and driving commercial performance.

You'll lead the operational backbone of a 20+ person creative strategy department, managing Creative Leads, improving cross-functional collaboration, and creating the environment for high-performing teams to thrive. If you've built and led high-performing teams at scale and thrive in fast-moving, commercially-driven environments, this role offers significant ownership and influence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a layered Creative Strategy leadership structure
  • Managing department operations, utilisation, hiring, and team growth
  • Driving operational excellence and process improvement across the department
  • Coaching Creative Leads into stronger managers and leaders
  • Owning department commercial performance and P&L accountability
  • Improving team culture, accountability, and engagement
  • Partnering with leadership across production, account management, and growth strategy
  • Helping scale the department for future growth across the group

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading large teams (20+ people)
  • Strong operational and commercial leadership experience
  • Proven track record building leadership capability within teams
  • Experience scaling systems, processes, and operational structures
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth or transformational environments
  • AI-literate with interest in operational innovation and workflow optimisation
