Function: Paid Social | Meta & TikTok Advertising | Performance Marketing

Core Responsibility: Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through best-in-class paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok.

KPIs: ROAS, CAC, MER, Spend Efficiency, Client Retention

Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to our London office (The Roundhouse, Camden)

The Role: As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Launch With Us, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid social campaigns across a portfolio of high-growth DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll work closely with Growth Strategists and Creative teams to execute campaigns that drive measurable commercial results. Your focus will be on campaign performance, scaling, testing, optimisation, and platform excellence across Meta and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands the mechanics behind successful paid social campaigns, and enjoys turning data into action.

Paid Social Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Execute full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity.
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Shopify, and internal reporting tools.
  • Track and optimise against key KPIs including NC-ROAS, CAC, MER, and eROAS.
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Diagnose account issues quickly and implement solutions with confidence.

Creative Performance Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Creative Strategists to provide feedback on ad performance, hooks, formats, messaging, and offers.
  • Help shape testing roadmaps based on performance data and consumer insights.
  • Identify creative fatigue early and proactively recommend new testing directions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging creative trends across Meta and TikTok.

Client Communication:

  • Support Growth Strategists in client calls and performance reviews.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and opportunities clearly and confidently.
  • Build strong relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and results.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely within your pod to ensure strategy and execution remain aligned.
  • Share learnings, winning tests, and platform insights with the wider team.
  • Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and testing frameworks.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Comfortable analysing data across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce growth metrics.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong bias toward testing and action.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working within client-facing teams.

What Success Looks Like:

  • 0–3 Months: Fully onboarded across your client portfolio and platform workflows. Confidently managing campaign execution and optimisation independently. Demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactive communication.
  • 6 Months: Driving measurable improvements across ROAS, CAC, and new customer acquisition. Contributing valuable insights to strategy and creative discussions. Trusted by both clients and internal teams for campaign performance.
  • 12 Months: Consistently scaling accounts profitably across your portfolio. Recognised internally as a high-performing paid social operator. Supporting junior team members and contributing to agency-wide best practices.
