As Head of People (Performance & Culture), you’ll lead the group’s overall people strategy combining performance, engagement and culture under one vision. You’ll ensure our people\’s operations, policies and practices deliver on business goals while creating an exceptional employee experience.
You’ll play a hands‑on leadership role, ensuring that values, progression and performance frameworks are consistently applied across all agencies within the group.

Core Responsibilities People Operations & Strategy
- Lead and oversee all aspects of people operations including workforce planning, talent management and compliance.
- Develop and implement people policies that balance employee needs with business objectives.
- Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide guidance on complex HR matters including disciplinary and grievances.
Performance & Development
- Build and manage robust performance review frameworks.
- Partner with department heads to align people goals with commercial objectives.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development programmes.
- Ensure consistent career development and progression processes.
Culture & Engagement
- Lead company‑wide culture initiatives and internal communications.
- Drive engagement through recognition, feedback loops and inclusive events.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain a values‑led culture that drives motivation and excellence.
Leadership & Organisational Impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Present people insights and performance trends at leadership levels.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on reward, benefits and headcount planning.
