We're looking for an Account Manager who is commercially sharp, strategically minded, and builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. Someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments and takes pride in driving real outcomes for clients. You'll manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the day‑to‑day client lead across performance creative. You'll work closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives and UGC teams to deliver high‑performing creative campaigns and keep clients confident at every stage. Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day client communication across assigned accounts
- Lead client calls, updates, and check‑ins with confidence and commercial context
- Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans – with an eye on feasibility and margin
- Act as the alignment point between client expectations and campaign delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC) – driving accountability, not just chasing progress
- Manage quality control across all deliverables
