As a Growth Executive, you'll be enrolled in The Soar Group's Growth Accelerator; a structured development programme designed to accelerate high-potential performance marketers into future Growth Strategists. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll receive ongoing mentorship, structured training, commercial development and strategic exposure designed to fast-track your growth.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Executive to join our growing Growth team. You'll work directly alongside Growth Strategists supporting the growth of ambitious eCommerce brands through performance analysis, strategic research, growth diagnostics and execution. This role is ideal for someone who already understands performance marketing fundamentals and wants to develop deeper commercial, analytical and strategic skills. You'll gain exposure to how high-growth businesses scale whilst building the foundations required to progress into a Growth Strategist role.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse account performance across Meta, Google and TikTok to identify trends, opportunities and performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor and report on key commercial metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, Contribution Margin and Customer LTV.
- Build clear performance summaries that translate data into actionable insights for Growth Strategists and clients.
- Support forecasting, pacing and growth modelling exercises by maintaining accurate performance data and reporting.
- Proactively surface performance anomalies, emerging opportunities and areas requiring strategic attention.
- Help develop a deeper understanding of what is driving account performance beyond platform-level metrics.
Growth Diagnostics
- Conduct detailed account audits to identify opportunities across acquisition, creative, conversion and customer journey performance.
- Analyse campaign, creative and landing page performance to uncover growth opportunities and optimisation priorities.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations by gathering data, insights and supporting evidence.
- Identify patterns and trends across accounts that can be leveraged to improve performance and inform future testing.
- Assist Growth Strategists in diagnosing growth constraints and validating potential solutions through data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of account-specific growth hypotheses and testing roadmaps.
Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct competitor, market and customer research to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Analyse industry trends, platform developments and emerging opportunities within the eCommerce landscape.
- Monitor competitor activity, creative trends and offer positioning to identify areas of competitive advantage.
- Support the identification of new growth levers across acquisition, retention, conversion and creative strategy.
- Consolidate research findings into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Continuously seek new ideas, frameworks and opportunities that can drive stronger client outcomes.
Strategic Execution
- Support the implementation and delivery of growth roadmaps across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Work closely with Growth Strategists, Media Buyers and Creative teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
- Coordinate testing initiatives and ensure actions are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
- Help maintain alignment between strategic priorities, account activity and client objectives.
- Track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring key learnings are documented and shared.
- Drive accountability across projects by proactively following up on actions, deliverables and next steps.
Client Support
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations and performance reviews for client meetings.
- Attend client calls and contribute relevant insights, observations and recommendations where appropriate.
- Support Growth Strategists in communicating performance updates, opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Build a strong understanding of client businesses, objectives and growth challenges.
- Help ensure a consistently high standard of client communication, responsiveness and professionalism.
- Develop confidence presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
AI & Operational Excellence
- Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, research, reporting and strategic output.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, systems and AI-enabled workflows.
- Support the development and adoption of internal AI tools, processes and best practices.
- Use AI to enhance insight discovery, idea generation and problem-solving across client accounts.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate how they can improve client outcomes and team performance.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Growth team.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 1-3 years experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience managing or supporting Meta advertising campaigns.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data‑driven recommendations.
- Experience working with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Experience contributing to testing, optimisation and campaign improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the customer acquisition funnel and key growth levers.
- Experience working within a fast‑paced agency, eCommerce or performance‑focused environment.

- Phase 1: Foundations - Build a strong understanding of eCommerce growth, commercial performance and strategic analysis whilst supporting Growth Strategists across client accounts.
- Phase 2: Strategic Contribution - Begin contributing insights, recommendations and growth opportunities whilst developing confidence in strategic thinking and client communication.
- Phase 3: Ownership - Take ownership of larger initiatives, strategic projects and growth workstreams whilst preparing for progression into a Senior Growth Executive position.
