The Role: As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll work closely with Senior Paid Social Managers and Growth Executives to ensure campaigns are delivering against performance targets while continuously identifying opportunities to improve results.

Paid Social Campaign Management:
- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands.
- Monitor account performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase scale, and maintain profitability.
- Execute full-funnel campaign strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity.
- Support the scaling of successful campaigns by identifying opportunities to increase spend while maintaining key performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse performance data across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Shopify, and internal reporting tools.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Take ownership of performance reporting by ensuring data is accurate and insights are meaningful.
Creative Performance Collaboration:
- Work closely with Creative Strategists to provide performance-driven feedback on creative assets.
- Analyse ad performance to identify successful hooks, formats, messaging angles, and offers.
- Monitor creative fatigue and proactively recommend new concepts.
Client Communication:
- Support client calls, performance reviews, and planning discussions.
- Communicate campaign performance clearly and confidently.
- Build strong relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Senior Paid Social Managers, Growth Executives, Creative Strategists, and wider team members.
- Share learnings, successful tests, and platform insights with colleagues.
- Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, and performance optimisation principles.
- Comfortable analysing data across various reporting tools.
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and an understanding of core metrics.
- Able to communicate performance insights clearly and confidently.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
