We’re hiring a Content Marketing Executive to help scale our content ecosystem across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about content, understands how audiences consume long‑form content online, and is excited by the challenge of turning conversations, podcasts, interviews and founder insights into high‑performing content.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team, founders and content production team to help plan, package, distribute and optimise content that builds awareness, engagement and commercial impact. While experience with podcasts is a bonus, we’re primarily looking for someone who understands content marketing fundamentals, social platforms and what makes people stop, watch and engage. We’re also looking for someone who is excited by the world of eCommerce and consumer brands. Whether through previous work experience, personal interests or side projects, you should have a genuine curiosity about how brands grow and how content can drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategy and growth of our long‑form content across YouTube and other social channels.
  • Help identify content opportunities, audience interests, emerging trends and high‑performing content formats.
  • Assist with content planning, briefing, scripting and packaging across long‑form and short‑form content.
  • Work closely with editors to shape compelling long‑form episodes and short‑form derivative content.
  • Collaborate with designers to create scroll‑stopping thumbnails and creative assets.
  • Support YouTube optimisation including titles, thumbnails, descriptions and channel management.
  • Schedule, publish and manage content across YouTube and relevant social platforms.
  • Help distribute content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and business impact.
  • Analyse content performance, pull insights and apply a data‑driven approach to improving results over time.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the DTC and eCommerce landscape, including emerging brands, founders and industry trends.
  • Regularly consume and research content from leading founders, operators and creators within the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Stay up to date with content marketing best practices, platform updates and emerging opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate via Slack, Google Meets and internal systems.
  • Embody our core culture pillars daily.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with podcasts, interviews or long‑form video content.
  • Exposure to YouTube analytics, thumbnail testing or content packaging.
  • Previous experience working with eCommerce brands, agencies or consumer businesses.
  • Understanding of paid social, creator marketing or customer acquisition channels.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Klaviyo.
  • Willingness to travel with the team for content shoots and events.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1‑2 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, creator marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and what drives performance in long‑form content.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta content best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage content schedules and coordinate content production workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt your writing style to different founders, audiences and content formats.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse content performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with editors, designers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable interest in eCommerce, DTC brands, marketing and business growth.
  • Familiarity with the DTC ecosystem, including notable brands, founders, creators or marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Genuine passion for content marketing, audience growth, social media and digital marketing.

Mindset:

This role is ideal for someone who spends time studying creators, YouTube channels, social content and growing brands. You might already follow DTC founders, listen to marketing podcasts, subscribe to eCommerce newsletters or enjoy learning how brands acquire customers and scale. You don’t need years of experience, but you should have a genuine curiosity about marketing, consumer behaviour and business growth. Whether you’ve worked in social media, content marketing, creator marketing or a junior marketing role, we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of content in modern marketing and wants to develop into an exceptional content marketer. Most importantly, you’re curious, coachable and excited to develop your skills in content strategy, YouTube growth, content packaging, audience building and performance analysis.
