About the role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can flourish.
You'll
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
- Support children's development through engaging play and creative activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Ensure children's safety and wellbeing are always your top priority
- Help create an exciting learning environment where curiosity and imagination are encouraged
- Observe, assess and support each child's individual development
- Work as part of a caring and collaborative team
- We're looking for someone who has
- A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent) or QTS
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient and approachable nature
- A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
